Saygo

Terms of use

Last updated 11 October 2026

These terms are a contract between you and Ian Chung (“Saygo”, “we” or “us”), Ontario, Canada. They cover the Saygo app, the pages it hosts for you and the emails it sends for you.

By signing in or choosing a plan, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you use Saygo for a company or another organization, you agree for it and confirm you’re allowed to. If you don’t agree, don’t use Saygo. Questions: hello@saygo.agency.

1. Who can use Saygo

Saygo is a tool for businesses. Use it only for your business, trade or profession, including as a sole proprietor or freelancer, and not for personal, family or household purposes.

Saygo is offered to businesses in Canada and the United States. It isn’t offered in Quebec for now.

To hold an account or buy a plan, you must be at least 18 and the age of majority where you live. People aged 13 to 17 may use Saygo only as a team member invited by an adult who runs that business; that adult accepts these terms for them and is responsible for their use. Saygo isn’t for children under 13, and we delete their accounts.

You sign in with Google. Keep your account secure and don’t share it. You’re responsible for everything done in your account, including by the teammates and clients you invite. Tell us at once if you think someone else got in.

2. Plans, payment and cancelling

Saygo has a Free plan and paid plans. Today, Starter is $69 CAD a month (1 business), Pro is $139 CAD a month (3 businesses) and Agency is $399 CAD a month (10 businesses). The price shown when you subscribe is the price you pay.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the charge and may add a fee. Prices don’t include taxes; where we must collect GST/HST or another tax, we add it at checkout.

Each plan includes monthly allowances of AI, AI video, presenter videos, portraits and businesses, shown in Settings → Plan. AI and AI video allowances are measured by what the AI costs us, in US dollars. Allowances reset at the start of each calendar month, and unused allowance doesn’t carry over. When an allowance runs out, those features pause until it resets or you upgrade.

Automatic renewal. Paid plans renew automatically every month, and Stripe charges your card each month until you cancel. Cancel any time in Settings → Plan → Manage billing. You keep your plan until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and it doesn’t renew after that.

Refunds. Payments aren’t refundable, and we don’t refund part-months or unused allowance, except where the law requires it. If we charged you by mistake, email us within 60 days and we’ll put it right.

If a payment fails and isn’t fixed, your paid plan ends and your account moves to the Free plan. Your businesses stay, but paid features stop. If you dispute a charge with your bank without contacting us first, we may pause your account while the dispute is open.

We’ll email you at least 30 days before we raise a price or reduce an allowance. The change applies from your next billing month after that, and you can cancel before it does.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Saygo never sees your card number.

3. Your content

You own what you put into Saygo and what Saygo makes for you, as between you and us. We don’t claim ownership.

You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, copy, process, send and display your content, only as needed to run Saygo for you: to answer your requests using AI and our other service providers, host the pages you publish, send the emails you approve, keep Saygo secure, and make the anonymous combined results described in our Privacy policy. This permission ends when your content is deleted, except for copies kept in backups for a limited time and anything the law requires us to keep.

AI can give similar results to different people, so what Saygo makes for you may not be unique, and material made by AI may not be protected by copyright.

You must have the rights to everything you add, such as photos, logos, product details, customer lists, and the face or voice of anyone shown.

If you think something on a page made with Saygo infringes your rights, email hello@saygo.agency with the page address and what’s wrong. We may remove it and tell the business.

4. Our part

Saygo itself, including its software, design, templates and name, belongs to us. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Saygo under these terms while your account is open.

You may keep using pages you download from Saygo for your business, including their design, after you leave.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without paying you or owing you anything.

5. AI can be wrong, and you approve what goes out

Saygo’s plans, numbers, drafts, pages, videos and advice are made by AI. They can be wrong, incomplete, out of date, or similar to someone else’s material. They aren’t legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice, and we don’t promise sales, visitors, sign-ups or any other result.

Check everything before you rely on it, publish it or send it: facts, prices, claims, policies, and that it doesn’t copy anyone’s trademark or work. Saygo marks facts it couldn’t confirm, like “[confirm]”; replace them with true information.

You’re responsible for what your pages, videos and emails say, including prices, guarantees, reviews, before-and-after results, and any health, income or environmental claims, under advertising laws such as Canada’s Competition Act and the US FTC Act.

Ask, Semi and Auto. When you approve something, choose Semi or Auto, turn on an email series or set a watching rule, you tell Saygo to act for you within the limits you set, and you’re responsible for what it does as if you had done it yourself. Sent emails and published posts can’t be undone. Saygo offers undo where it can, but we can’t promise it will always be possible.

AI presenters are made up and made by AI. Don’t make one look or sound like a real person without their written consent, say they’re AI when you post their videos, and never present them as real customers or publish made-up reviews or testimonials.

6. Rules for using Saygo

Don’t use Saygo to:

  • break the law, or help anyone else break it;
  • sell or promote anything illegal, or anything that needs a licence or approval you don’t have, such as weapons, drugs, gambling, alcohol, cannabis or financial products;
  • make false or misleading content, fake reviews or testimonials, or impersonate a person or business;
  • use anyone’s name, picture, likeness or voice without their permission;
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
  • make sexual content, anything that sexualizes minors, hateful or violent content, or content that encourages self-harm;
  • send spam, email people who didn’t agree to hear from you, or harass anyone;
  • collect personal information without the right to, or without telling people how you use it;
  • add sensitive information Saygo doesn’t need, such as health records, payment card or bank numbers, or government ID numbers;
  • try to break, overload or get around Saygo’s security, limits or allowances, add malware, or reach other people’s data;
  • share your sign-in, give people access outside team and client invites, resell access except as section 8 allows, copy, scrape or reverse-engineer Saygo, or use it to build a competing product.

We may remove content, pause a page or emails, or suspend an account that breaks these rules (see section 12).

7. Emails to your customers and their details

When Saygo emails your customers, or people who sign up on your page, you are the sender. Only email people who agreed to hear from you (with express consent where the law requires it), keep your real business name, mailing address and contact details in Settings, use honest sender names and subject lines, and honour unsubscribes. Saygo adds your address and an unsubscribe link and stops emailing anyone who unsubscribes, but you’re responsible for following email laws such as Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL), the US CAN-SPAM Act and any others that apply to you.

Your customers’ details belong to your business. We store them and use them only to run Saygo for you, on your instructions and as our Privacy policy describes. You’re responsible for telling your customers how you use their information, getting any consent the law requires, and answering their requests. We’ll help where we reasonably can.

8. Reselling Saygo

If you use Saygo to run businesses for other people (your clients), you need their permission for what you publish, send or change for them, and you’re responsible for your agreement and billing with them. Saygo bills you for your plan, and your clients’ businesses count against it. A client you invite can see their business and approve or decline its waiting items once they have their own Saygo account with an active plan, or our approval.

You’re responsible for making sure the businesses you run for clients follow these terms. Our agreement is with you, not your clients, unless they have their own Saygo account.

If your account is deleted or your plan ends, your clients lose access to the businesses you run for them. Tell them first, and give them their data.

9. Other services

Saygo works with other companies’ services, such as Google, Stripe, Shopify, Netlify, TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pexels, OpenRouter, HeyGen and fal.ai. When you connect one, or use a feature that relies on one, its own terms apply too, and you must follow them, including social platforms’ posting rules. We aren’t responsible for those services, and if one changes or stops, a Saygo feature may change or stop with it. Free photos come from Pexels under the Pexels licence.

10. Changes to Saygo

Saygo is new, and we improve it often. Features may change, be added or be removed. If we remove something important from a paid plan, we’ll tell you, and you can cancel.

If we stop offering Saygo altogether, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice, a chance to download your data, and a refund for any part of a month you’ve paid for but can’t use.

We work to keep Saygo running and backed up, but we don’t promise it will always be available or that nothing will ever be lost. Keep copies of anything important.

11. No warranties

As far as the law allows, Saygo and everything it makes are provided “as is” and “as available”. We give no warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, including about merchantability or merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement, or that Saygo will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors.

12. Suspension and ending

You can stop using Saygo and delete your account at any time in Settings → General. Deleting your account cancels your plan straight away, with no refund for the rest of the month.

We may suspend or close your account, pause your pages or emails, or remove content if you break these terms or the law, if you don’t pay, if the law requires it, or to protect Saygo, its users or anyone else. Except for serious or illegal misuse, or where the law or a court requires otherwise, we’ll tell you first and give you a reasonable chance to fix the problem or download your data.

When an account is closed, its data is deleted as described in our Privacy policy. Sections 4, 11 and 13 to 17 still apply after that.

13. Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for lost profits, revenue, sales, data, goodwill or business opportunities, even if we knew they were possible.

As far as the law allows, we also aren’t liable for what you or your team publish or send through Saygo, for what Saygo does on your approval or within your Semi or Auto settings, for other companies’ services, or for someone getting into your account because it wasn’t kept secure.

Our total liability for all claims about Saygo is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the event that led to the claim, or $100 CAD, whichever is more.

These limits apply however a claim is made, including in contract, in tort (including negligence) or under a statute. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited.

14. Your responsibility for claims

If someone makes a claim against us because of your content, what you publish or send through Saygo, your products or services, your work for your clients, or your breaking these terms or the law, you’ll defend us and cover our resulting losses and reasonable costs, including legal fees. We’ll tell you about the claim, and we may take part with our own lawyer.

15. Disputes

If you have a problem with Saygo, email us first. Before starting a legal claim, you and we will each try in good faith to settle it informally for 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes go to the courts of Ontario, and you and we accept their jurisdiction, unless a law that can’t be changed by contract gives you the right to use other courts. Either of us may use a small claims court instead, if the claim qualifies.

As far as the law allows, claims must be brought individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in a class action or other representative proceeding.

Because Saygo is for businesses, as far as the law allows, any claim must be started within one year after it arose.

16. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. We’ll email you at least 30 days before important changes take effect. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before they apply; if you keep using Saygo after that, the new terms apply. Changes the law requires, or that only make things clearer, can apply straight away.

17. General

These terms and our Privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Saygo.

If part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a part straight away, we can still enforce it later.

You can’t transfer this agreement without our written permission. We may transfer it to someone who takes over Saygo, and we’ll tell you if we do.

We aren’t responsible for delays or failures caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as outages at internet or service providers, natural disasters or government action.

We send notices by email to the address you sign in with, or in the app. Account, billing and security emails are part of the service; you can turn off the weekly email in Settings → General.
